Join us for an unforgettable King Crab safari in the North Cape Area. You will be given the chance to catch the infamous king crab, and you will get the opportunity to taste it.
We take you rafting on the Sarnesfjord. Here we stop and check what is in the pots at great depths. King crabs can grow up to 2 meters between the claws and can weigh up to 10 kg. It is common to catch "crabs" of between 3 and 7 kg. The tour continues towards the Magerøy Strait, one of the strongest ocean currents in Norway. Here we stop at our lavvo camp, where we prepare the catch. King crab is not exactly beautiful, but it tastes delicious!
The tour will last for approx. 3 hours and 30 minutes.
